When operating full-automatic spinning machines, proper insulation measures must be implemented and complete protective gear shall be equipped.
Formulate and enforce electrical safety regulations for all electrical equipment, covering electrical interlocks for furnace door opening, furnace shell earthing, electric shock prevention, shielding of high-frequency equipment, high-voltage leakage protection and control cabinet protection, so as to guarantee the safety of operators and machinery. Insulating labor protection measures shall be adopted and relevant protective articles shall be provided at all operation stations.
Fuel furnaces and controlled atmosphere furnaces shall be equipped with explosion-proof configurations, including safeguards against flashback and flameout of process gas and controlled atmosphere, gas leakage prevention, explosion risks induced by improper exhaust operations of controlled atmosphere furnaces, and accidental ignition of residual flammable atmosphere inside furnaces after shutdown of controlled atmosphere furnaces and gas furnaces. Corresponding control devices shall be installed for the above risks.
Avoid direct bodily injury to operators during the inspection, handling and usage of hazardous materials as well as their dangerous reaction by-products; standardized operation and storage、 procedures shall be established accordingly
Prevent scalds and burns during high-temperature operations by supplying adequate labor protection supplies.
Reduce workshop noise via noise reduction and sound insulation treatments.
Prevent physical injuries caused by dust generated from sandblasting and other processes. All relevant equipment shall be fully enclosed and fitted with complete dust extraction systems.
Implement fire prevention measures for the workshop: quenching oil tanks shall be fitted with circulating cooling oil systems, together with emergency oil drainage and fire suppression facilities. The storage of flammable substances such as hydrogen, acetylene, propane and butane, as well as the reliability of their delivery pipelines and valves, shall fully comply with safety standards.
Workshops for automatic spinning machines shall meet the construction standards for heat treatment workshops, featuring reliable fire resistance, adequate ventilation, stable heating and suitable ambient temperature.
The workshop shall be fitted with lighting of sufficient luminance to facilitate normal production and operation, minimizing human error and potential safety accidents.
