The sliding table and system design adopt a 90-degree configuration. Both the digital control system and motion drives are powered by the GSK (Guangzhou CNC) platform, delivering high performance and exceptional stability.
Superior Craftsmanship: As a highly stable metal spinning processing center, the HYD-CNC- 800SX offers extensive processing capabilities. Employing advanced 3D mechanical design and high-strength castings, it ensures structural compactness alongside optimized spinning force distribution.
Versatile Forming Capabilities: Adopting a horizontal dual-roller structure, the machine can process blanks up to Φ 00mm. It is capable of both conventional spinning and shear spinning for materials including aluminum, copper, steel, and other non-ferrous metals. It excels at forming curved, conical, hemispherical, bullet-shaped, variable-wall-thickness complex surfaces, and special-shaped parts with abrupt structural changes. It can complete spinning, trimming, flanging, rolling, and shaping processes in a single setup, and also includes a mandrel turning/repair function.
Advanced Servo Control System: Controlled by a fully digital servo system, the machine offers intuitive programming and strong applicability. Equipped with the GSK control system, it features fully automatic lubrication, automatic fault diagnosis, and overload protection. It achieves multi-axis linkage, supporting two-axis linear interpolation and circular interpolation. Both longitudinal and transverse movements are driven by servo motors equipped with photoelectric encoders, which feed position and speed detection signals back to the control system to ensure highly precise positioning.
Comprehensive Software Suite: The machine is fully equipped with the necessary programming software, including the exclusive HONGYDA proprietary toolpath editing software, AutoCAD for mandrel and toolpath drafting, and CIMCO Edit 4 for spinning path simulation.
